(i)That the Council re-evaluate the room hire
charging structure to offer a more competitive rate.
(ii)That a pilot programme of events is created to extend
opportunities brought about by Town of Culture.
(iii)That the main hall be opened as a public space, including use
of the pods.
(iv)That a clear use is established for the downstairs offices and
upstairs meeting rooms.
