Seeking authority to enter into negotiations to agree a joint sale of Council and neighbouring land

Decision:

That it be DETERMINED that the Authority be given for the Council to enter into an agreement with NPL Ltd on the terms set out in this report, to jointly market the Council owned site as identified in Appendix 1, and NPL’s adjacent site for sale, for residential development.

Reasons for the decision:

To comply with the corporate policy for the disposal of Council owned land and ultimately facilitate the sale and development of the surplus area of land.
