To consider the Minutes of the meeting of the Strategic Planning and Capital Monitoring Panel held on 18 July 2024 and approve the recommendations arising from the meeting as follows:

 2023/24 Outturn - Capital

RECOMMENDED

That Executive Cabinet be recommended to APPROVE:

(i)      The reprofiling of £4.249m of capital spend

(ii)     Other capital changes of £5.126m in table 7.

That Executive Cabinet be recommended to NOTE:

(iii)    The Capital programme position of projected spend of £39.916m, following Cabinet approval to reprofile project spend of £11.764m into 2024/25.

The Proper Officer is of the opinion that during the consideration of the item set out below, the meeting is not likely to be open to the press and public and therefore the reports are excluded in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972.

To consider a report of the Executive Member for Inclusive Growth, Business and Employment / Assistant Director of Investment, Development and Housing.

To consider any additional items the Chair is of the opinion shall be dealt with as a matter of urgency.

To note the date of the next meeting of the Executive Cabinet is scheduled for the Wednesday 21 August 2024.
