Exclusion of the Press and Public

 

That under Section 100A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) the public be excluded for the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act and the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information as disclosure would or would likely prejudice the commercial interests of the Council and it would not be in the Council’s and/or taxpayers interests to disclose at this time.
