At this juncture the Civic Mayor will retire from the Chair and the Chair of Council Business shall assume the Chair for the remaining business.

APPOINTMENT OF MONITORING OFFICER

That pursuant to section 5 of the Local Government & Housing Act 1989 David Wilcock, Interim Borough Solicitor / Assistant Director Legal Services be appointed as the Monitoring Officer with immediate effect until a permanent appointment is made to exercise the delegated functions and responsibilities in the Council’s Constitution.
