To receive any declarations of interest from Members of the Panel.

The Minutes of the meeting of the Speakers Panel (Liquor Licensing) held on 21 March 2019 to be signed by the Chair as a correct record.

That under Section 11A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) the public be excluded for any part of the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act and in the circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information, because disclosure of the personal information contained in the reports would not be fair to any of the representatives and therefore be in breach of Data Protection principles.

For each application to be considered it is expected that the Speakers Panel (Licensing) will make its decision in private and all of the parties will be asked to leave the room. The Legal Officer and the Clerk will remain with the Licensing-Committee to give legal or procedural advice only.
