The Panel to meet Councillor Allison Gwynne, Executive Member, Neighbourhood Services; Emma Varnam, Assistant Director, Operations and Neighbourhoods, and Sharon Smith, Head of Public Protection, to receive information on local air quality impacts and required actions. |

SCRUTINY TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT The Chair to provide a verbal update on training and development to be made available to all scrutiny members. |

The Chair to present methods to improve public awareness of scrutiny activity and wider engagement opportunities. |

|
DATE OF NEXT MEETING To note that the next meeting of the Place and External Relations Scrutiny Panel will take place on Tuesday 11 September 2018. |
