Membership of the
Werneth Low Country Park Joint
Management Committee shall comprise eight representatives from
Tameside Council and five representatives from the Hyde War
Memorial Trust.
Quorum for the
meeting shall be three members from the Council and two
representatives from the Trust.
The committee shall
at its first meeting in each Municipal year appoint a Chair and
Deputy Chair from amongst the Members of the Joint Management
Committee. The Chair shall be appointed in rotation and the Deputy
Chair shall be a nominee from the other party.
