19/08/2021 - Hattersley Public Realm Agreement (TMBC and Onward) and Hattersley Land Board ref: 656    Recommendations Approved

The Executive Cabinet report 27 November 2019 authorised and provided delegated authority to the Director of Growth in consultation with the Director of Governance and Pensions and Director of Finance to agree terms and enter into an Agreement with Onward Homes for the delivery of Public Realm projects in Hattersley (Appendix 1)

For the Executive Member for Finance and Growth to make decisions pursuant to all documents relating to Hattersley including but not limited to  the public realm projects and spend Collaboration Agreement, Development Agreement, Public Realm Agreement, Public Realm projects and spend and all matters or projects considered or funded by Hattersley Land Board in consultation with the Director of Growth and the Director of Finance but to seek guidance if any decisions require a substantial change to the nature of the project.

Decision:

That it be DETERMINED that:

1.     TMBC enters into the attached agreement with Onward Homes in order to carry out the Public Realm projects and works in Hattersley.

2.    Authority be provided to the Executive Member for  Finance and Growth to make decisions on behalf of TMBC at the Hattersley Land Board pursuant to the Collaboration Agreement, the Development Agreement, the Public Realm Agreement, Public Realm projects and Public Realm spend in consultation with the Director of Growth and the Director of Finance and to seek further guidance if any decisions require a substantial change to the nature of the project

3.    Authority be provided to the Executive Member for Finance and Growth to make all decisions on behalf of TMBC at the Hattersley Land Board pursuant to the Collaboration Agreement and all other matters or projects that are considered and/or funded by the Hattersley Land Board in consultation with the Director of Growth and the Director of Finance and to seek further guidance if any decisions require a substantial change to the nature of the project and incurring no additional cost.
