The purpose of this report is to provide information in regard to the procurement process for supply of electricity for street lighting and half hourly and non half hourly electricity across the council's buildings portfolio. The report also contains a proposed recommendation to take forward in regards to awarding the contract to Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation.
