The purpose of this report is to inform of the
completion of Tameside's Housing Delivery Test (HDT) Action Plan
for 2018. The publication of the Action Plan is a requirement of
the HDT results if a district has fallen below a 95% threshold of
the required delivery threshold for the previous three years.
Tameside achieved 66% against the HDT test threshold. The Action
Plan must be published within six months of publication of the HDT
results. Therefore the publication deadline is 19th August
2019.
