This report is a separate and supplementary
report to the Education Capital Report and relates to Russell Scott
Primary School. It provides an update on the escalation of the
capital issues following recent heavy rainfall which has left the
fabric of the building in a critical condition. The report also
provides recommendation on the works required to resolves these
issues. Officers are requesting an executive decision for advanced
delegated authority to undertake emergency works identified
following a site visit on 21st August and detailed at section 3.5,
in order to make safe the Russell Scott site for the arrival of 466
