Infrastructure Funding Statements annually on their websites
setting out the years’ income and expenditure relating to the
Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and section 106 (S106)
agreements. This is a requirement of the requirements of the
Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Regulations (amended
2019).
