To approve as a correct record, the Minutes of the proceedings of the Place and External Relations Scrutiny Panel held on 8 November 2016.

The Panel to meet with Councillor Gerald Cooney, Executive Member (Healthy and Working), and Emma Varnam, Assistant Executive Director, Stronger Communities, to receive the Executive Response for the review of Food Poverty undertaken by the Statutory and External Relations Scrutiny Panel in 2015/16.

The Panel to meet Ade Alao, Head of Investment and Development and John Hughes, Housing Strategy Officer to receive an update on the collaborative work the Council is undertaking with housing partners to address both the current and future affordable housing needs of the borough.

The Panel to receive an update from Joel Hammond-Gant, Graduate Scrutiny Officer, on the most recent performance and monitoring data that is relevant to the remit of this Panel.

The Panel to receive an update on the progress of the current review.

To note that the next meeting of the Place and External Relations Scrutiny Panel will take place on Tuesday 14 March 2016.

To consider any additional items the Chair is of the opinion shall be dealt with as a matter of urgency.
